5. Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been delivered or made available for download.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your situation, contact us before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
• You did not receive access to your purchased product due to a delivery failure on our end, and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within 5 business days of your request

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at support@lionsheadagency.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered upon payment confirmation. You will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout or technical issues on the part of your email provider.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the information in our products is complete, accurate, or free from error. We do not warrant that the strategies described will produce any specific result for your business.
